Ground Bison Stuffed Bell Peppers
Baked in the air-fryer
These stuffed peppers are one of those comforting, nutrient-dense meals you can make on a busy weeknight and they’re truly one of my favorite things to eat. They’re packed with protein, a ton of flavor, and are relatively quick to make. I also made them in the air-fryer instead of using my oven, which sped things up and gave the peppers a slightly roasted edge while keeping the filling juicy and rich.
